Stroke Survivor Reunion
When: Saturday, May 4th 1-4 p.m.

We are excited to to host our first Stroke Survivor Reunion Event honoring our 2023 stroke program graduates on Saturday, May 4th from 1-4 p.m. in the Bridge Garden at Sheltering Arms Institute! This event will bring together former patients, caregivers, care team members, and community partners to celebrate accomplishments and provide an opportunity for patients to connect with other stroke survivors and reunite with members of their care team.
Attendees will be able to:
- Measure progress with an assessment
- Visit with community partners to explore activities and resources that are available
- Enjoy snacks and refreshments
Friends, family, and caregivers welcome.
