DESCRIPTION:Stroke Survivor Reunion \nWhen: Saturday\, May 4th 1-4 p.m. \nWhere: Sheltering Arms Institute Main Campus 2000 Wilkes Ridge Dr.\, Henrico\, VA 23233 \n  \nWe are excited to to host our first Stroke Survivor Reunion Event honoring our 2023 stroke program graduates on Saturday\, May 4th from 1-4 p.m. in the Bridge Garden at Sheltering Arms Institute! This event will bring together former patients\, caregivers\, care team members\, and community partners to celebrate accomplishments and provide an opportunity for patients to connect with other stroke survivors and reunite with members of their care team. \nAttendees will be able to: \n\nMeasure progress with an assessment\nVisit with community partners to explore activities and resources that are available\nEnjoy snacks and refreshments\n\n  \nFriends\, family\, and caregivers welcome. \nThis event will be held rain or shine.
